Who We Are
My name is Jennifer Tavis
I’m Jennifer Tavis, and I’ve spent two decades running high-profile projects as a project manager and leading change as an executive. I started Vibrant Project Management in 2022 to provide impactful IT and strategy consulting services to mission-driven clients. As I grow the business and expand into project management training and consulting, I want to share my passion for human-centered, strength-driven project management with all of you. I know what it takes to deliver under pressure, whether you’re implementing a new initiative or modernizing operations or technology.
My parents were career educators, and their example has inspired me to teach and coach. When I think about what I want my professional legacy to be, I don’t want to measure it in dollars, titles, or even accomplishments. I want to measure it in lives touched. I want to help the next generation of project managers navigate the sweeping changes occurring in the profession and develop the skills and insights they need to make the most of their unique project management superpowers and thrive in this crazy career.

Vibrant Project Management provides human-centered, strength-driven training and coaching to project managers to help you uncover your unique project management superpowers and thrive in an evolving profession. We also help mission-driven organizations achieve the impact and results they envision through targeted project leadership. We specialize in IT and strategy project management with deep expertise in government and nonprofit launches of new initiatives and modernization efforts.
